The Less is More challenge this week is entitled "Pick a Square". Take a look via the link and see the details, but basically the sketch this week is split up into lots of square sections, and the challenge is to pick on section for your focal image to appear.
I decided to go with a fairly small 4"x4" card base and focus on the central section, but actually split my design into four small squares and added the sentiment underneath. I included some layering with co-ordinating colours to match the ink I used. The stamps set is called Bundle of Love.
At the moment it seems like half the people I know are expecting babies, so although I have made this for the challenge, I'm sure it will get put to good use.
The Details:
Card / Paper - Sahara Sand / So Saffron / Pear Pizzazz textured
Stamps / Ink - Bundle of Love / So Saffron / Pear Pizzazz
Embellishments - None
Tools - Stamp-a-ma-jig / Trimmer / Stampin Scrub and Mist / Snail
